Q.
How much data can I load at once?
A.
Essentially, we can process data no matter the volume, but larger data sets can be sent by secure ftp and processed by our data intake and processing team. We are limiting a single file to 10GB to process through CVFox.

Q.
What if I have a larger data set to process?
A.
Contact us at [email protected] for instructions on transferring the data to TCDI.

Q.
What type of data can’t get processed through CVFox?
A.
Having worked with databases and eDiscovery for the past 27 years, we have seen it all! We have built our processing solution, Discovery WorkFlow®, to handle all data types and have teams to work on the growing newer data types we see in social media and proprietary platforms.

Q.
How do you handle exceptions in the data?
A.
We recognize that this is a normal bottleneck in processing, and with all projects, the email notification that is sent when the data is ready will also include an exception report. If you need us to handle those for you, we can simply bill an hourly rate to get the data you want into CVFox.

Q.
What is CAAT analytics, and why is it important to have in a review platform?
A.
CAAT is at the forefront in the data analysis technology we use in our industry to cluster data on similar concepts, grouping all email threads and textually similar documents. (This is also called near duplicate clustering.) This allows for Technology-Assisted Review (TAR) workflows for your complex cases.

Q.
By what types of firms is CVFox mostly utilized?
A.
The mid-tier market is generally the most under-serviced market in regards to eDiscovery technology. CVFox was crafted from TCDI’s flagship product ClarVergence (CV) which is utilized by Fortune 50 corporations and AmLaw 100 firms to manage highly sophisticated and complex matters. We made the proper changes to allow small to large firms gain better control of their data. Should their needs grow larger than CVFox, ClarVergence and our team of experts is available to solve your complex eDiscovery issues.
